If a new tenant is moving in, you need to notify us of the tenant’s name, date of birth, telephone contact details, move-in date and property address.
If the property is separately metered your tenant will receive a bill for water usage. If the property is not separately metered we cannot bill usage charges to your tenant.

The tenant who is moving out is required to notify us to organise a final meter reading for water usage up to the move-out date.
