We understand that a leak or unexplained high water usage may result in customers experiencing a high water bill for one quarter. In some cases we are able to offer a rebate.
There are two types of rebates available (eligibility criteria applies which is outlined in the application process).
- Leak Rebate – this covers a leak which is not visible under normal inspection conditions, usually a burst pipe either underground, under concrete or underneath a building.

- Unexplained High Consumption Rebate – this covers a situation where a customer genuinely cannot account for a period of high usage over a single quarter.
