Book our Drink Tap Water Station, Water Cart or Refill Stations and make a splash at your event.

Our Drink Tap Water Station provides drinking water to local community festivals, concerts and sporting events. The station is available free of charge for large-scale public events that have access to mains (tap) water.

The station is a mobile unit that connects directly to a nearby tap and includes eight water bubblers and four water bottle fillers. Our contractor will deliver, set-up and then collect the unit.

While we do our best to accommodate the high number of booking requests we receive, your event must meet the below criteria. Please consider the following before applying:

  • Events must occur in the North East Water service area
  • Applications must be received at least 30 days prior to the event
  • Your occasion must be a community or fundraising event open to the general public
  • The event must run for a minimum of five hours and have an audience size of greater than 1000
  • The event must have public liability insurance
  • Mains (tap) water must be easily accessible

We also have a 1000 litre mobile water cart available for public events that have no access to mains (tap) water.

The cart is a mobile water tank has two rear access taps. Our contractor will fill, deliver and then collect the unit.

The Drink Tap Water Cart is subject to availability and eligibility criteria, including:

  • Events must occur in the North East Water service area
  • Applications must be received at least 30 days prior to the event
  • Your occasion must be a community or fundraising event open to the general public
  • The event must run for a minimum of five hours and have an audience size of 500
  • Event must be a single day (the cart does not hold enough water for multiple days)
  • The event must have public liability insurance
  • The cart must be filled by our contractor with water sourced from the North East Water supply system

We also have several portable refill stations for public events which are subject to availability and eligibility criteria, including:

  • Events must occur in the North East Water service area
  • Applications must be received at least 30 days prior to the event
  • Your occasion must be a community or fundraising event open to the general public
  • The event must have an audience size of 200
  • The event must have public liability insurance
  • The units must be collected and returned from from our head office in Wodonga by the event organiser with a cash deposit
