Tertiary Education Resources

We offer a range of free teaching resources to support tertiary education institutions particularly in the fields of engineering and environmental sciences.

3D Tours

We offer 3D virtual tours of our water and sewage treatment processes for use by teaching staff.

Students and staff can explore the immersive 3D sites at their own pace. Within the sites there is information provided by clickin on 'hotspots'. This includes website links, documents, photographs and short clips. The visual elements of the 3D tours can be viewed using a mouse and the arrows on your computer. A virtual reality headset is not necessary but certainly enhances the experience.

Tours available include:
  1. Water treatment plant - dissolved air flotation filtration process
  2. Wastewater treatment plant - biological nutrient removal process
  3. Wastewater treatment plant - lagoon system

Access to the complete tours and complementary teacher resources are available by emailing education@newater.com.au.
