If your bill remains unpaid
We understand that paying bills isn’t always easy. If a water bill remains unpaid and we don’t hear from you, we may need to take further action to recover the amount owing. This could include reducing the water flow to your home, or debt recovery actions like referral to a credit collection agency.
What does reduced water flow mean?
You’ll still have access to water, but at a much lower flow rate. This allows for basic needs like drinking water and toilet flushing, but not for normal use like showering, running multiple taps, or using washing machines and dishwashers.
