Have your say on our Customer Charter 2023
Our Customer Charter provides information about our service commitments and outlines your rights and responsibilities as our customer.
The Charter has been updated for 2023 and we are now seeking your feedback on its readability (how easy it is to read and whether the content can be easily understood by the reader).
All feedback will be considered, with the final version of the Customer Charter submitted to the Essential Services Commission for endorsement before coming into effect on 1 March 2023.
