The Property Information Consultant assesses and processes applications and agreements for build over easements, water and sewer connections, water information statements, and property asset plans. You’ll be responsible for providing property information and services in an accurate and timely manner while maintaining the highest degree of confidentiality.

This role will undertake tasks such as invoicing customers, meter fleet management, interpreting building and as-constructed plans and produce simple AutoCAD drawings. 

Our ideal candidate will be pro-active and informative with the ability to display a strong commitment to working as part of a team.

Key selection criteria

  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with demonstrated conflict resolution abilities. 
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records and documentation in computer-based systems.
  • Capability to conduct thorough research and investigation into property matters using a methodological approach across a range of software platforms.
  • Previous experience (or willingness to learn) interpreting technical drawings and use of AutoCAD or related software.
