Mandatory Requirements
  • Candidates must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or a foreign national with authorisation to work in Australia
  • Candidates must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as per Government regulations
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence

 

About the role

The Customer Information Consultant plays a pivotal role in supporting and promoting outstanding customer service to all internal and external customers and stakeholders. 

This role will resolve customer enquiries promptly and efficiently with a high degree of professionalism that results in a great outcome for the customer and North East Water.

Key selection criteria

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience with billing systems and Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn new systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to uphold confidentiality. 
  • Demonstrated organisational and time management skills.
