About the role

The Customer Information Consultant plays a pivotal role in supporting and promoting outstanding customer service to all internal and external customers and stakeholders.

This role will resolve customer enquiries promptly and efficiently with a high degree of professionalism that results in a great outcome for the customer and North East Water.

Key selection criteria

Excellent customer service skills.
Experience with billing systems and Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn new systems.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to uphold confidentiality.
Demonstrated organisational and time management skills.
