Recycled water spill in Tallangatta

North East Water staff are managing a recycled water spill on the corner of Bryant’s Gap Road and the Murray Valley Highway in Tallangatta.
The spill occurred following a burst main that supplies an irrigation pivot.
Recycled water has entered the nearby Washaway Creek and samples are being collected for analysis.
The Environment Protection Authority has been notified of the incident.
