Discoloured water in central and west Wodonga

Our emergency water mains flushing in Wodonga is now complete.

If you continue to experience dirty or cloudy water from your tap, run the tap at the front of your property for a few minutes until the water runs clear.

If the water does not clear after five minutes, please contact us at 1300 361 644.

We are currently conducting water main flushing in response to reports of discoloured tap water in parts of central and west Wodonga.

The discolouration is caused by natural sediment being dislodged in the pipe network following a recent water main repair. Testing has confirmed that the water remains safe to drink.

Our team is working to clear the system as quickly as possible, and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

After we have finished flushing in your area, you may temporarily experience dirty or cloudy water from your tap. To clear this, please run the tap at the front of your property for a few minutes until the water runs clear. If the water does not clear after five minutes, please contact us at 1300 361 644.
