In this role you will:
- Provide administrative support to the Customer Experience team.
- Provide customer experience assistance on reception, as required.
- Undertake email to case creation in Salesforce.
- Process returned mail.
- Undertake banking.
- Generate and reconcile reports.
- Maintain strict customer privacy and confidentiality.

- Your experience providing administrative support and customer service via phone, face-to-face and written.
- How you’re a professional team player with a can-do attitude.
- Your experience using Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new systems.
