Position Information

Salary
  • $59,237 to 63,192 plus 12% superannuation, depending on skills and experience
Hours per week
  • Full time, ongoing including a monthly RDO.
  • 8:15am to 5pm with a 45-minute break (Monday to Friday).
      
Location
  • Primarily based in Regional Headquarters, Wodonga.

Mandatory Requirements
  • Candidates must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or a foreign national with authorisation to work in Australia.
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence
  • Successful applicants will be required to undertake pre-employment checks including a police check conducted by North East Water.

 

In this role you will: 

  • Provide administrative support to the Customer Experience team.
  • Provide customer experience assistance on reception, as required.
  • Undertake email to case creation in Salesforce.
  • Process returned mail.
  • Undertake banking.
  • Generate and reconcile reports.
  • Maintain strict customer privacy and confidentiality.

  1. Your experience providing administrative support and customer service via phone, face-to-face and written.
  2. How you’re a professional team player with a can-do attitude.
  3. Your experience using Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new systems.
  4. Your excellent organisational and time management skills.
