Customers in Mount Beauty and Tawonga South may experience dirty or cloudy water due to an earlier mains break that has now been repaired.
This discolouration can be removed by running the tap at the front of your property for a few minutes until the water is clear.
If your water supply does not clear after five minutes, please call us on 1300 361 644 (24/7).
Please note that your water remains safe to drink.

Customers in Mount Beauty and Tawonga South may be without water supply due to an unplanned water main break. Emergency main repairs are underway, with supply set to be restored shortly.
Once supply is returned, you may temporarily experience dirty or cloudy looking water from your tap. This is completely normal and can be removed by running the tap at the front of your property for a few minutes until the water is clear.
