Our new digital billing system
We are moving to a new digital billing system to help improve how we better support and connect with our customers.
Our staff have been working on this transition for over a year, and from August our new system will be switched on.
This is the first phase of the upgrade and for the moment you won’t notice any changes, but over time it will lead to a much better customer experience.
As with all major IT projects, it will take a while to settle in, so please bear with us if there are any delays in dealing with your enquiries over the next few months.
