About the role

The successful applicant will provide techinical input into the planning of the Corporation's Infrastructure and Operational procedures, as required, to meet medium to long term business needs. In addition, the position will support the Infrastructure Planning Coordinator by providing an understanding of the capabilities of our water and wastewater systems to service existing and future demand through water and wastewater monitoring and modelling.

The role requires the provision of advice in relation to the Corporation's engineering and planning functions, and the succssful graduate will develop a strong appreciation of the technical and regulatory landscape within which North East Water operates.

This position has a limited tenure.

Key selection criteria

Skills

A degree in Engineering is necessary. Knowledge and an understanding of water and wastewater design principles would be advantageous.
