Our services during the COVID-19 outbreak

As part of our response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we are implementing additional precautions so that we can continue to make sure customers have the support they need while ensuring we deliver our essential water and waste water services.
In line with actions being taken across water sector agencies, our head office will be closed to the public from midday 24 March 2020 until further notice.
We are taking these steps to help minimise the risk of the virus spreading.
We apologise for the impacts and recognise that customers will still have requirements that our Customer Contact Team will need to attend to.

Our staff are focussing on the continued delivery of our water and wastewater services and will respond to your enquiry as quickly as possible.
