People
Customers
Our customers are an essential component of our sustainability journey.
Through our promotions, community engagement and community education programs, we aim to take our customers on the journey with us as we strive to reduce our impact on the environment.
Staff
We regard our own people as our greatest asset. Within our group of employees lies an impressive array of skills, talents and experience that we value above any of our infrastructure. Looking after our people is a key component of our Strategic Intent, and dovetails with our sustainability ideals.
In keeping with our commitment to staff, we maintain a Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) that is externally certified against Australian Standard AS/NZS 4804:2001 and the global standard OHSAS 18001.
