Customer Feedback Register

North East Water places considerable emphasis on meeting community needs through understanding their expectations.  The Corporation is committed to ensuring community members have the opportunity to have input regarding decisions which affect them.  As part of this commitment North East Water is pleased to launch its Customer Feedback Register.

We are seeking interested community members to join this register and take part in regular online surveys which will assist us with our strategic development and service planning in the wider community. 

It is hoped that register members will represent the geographic region which North East Water services and will have a range of differing experiences and backgrounds.  A knowledge of water and wastewater services is not required, however we would encourage those with strong links to their community to consider this opportunity. 

The group will look at issues such as tariffs, capital projects, security of supply, wastewater requirements and demand management and will be provided with a briefing paper prior to each survey to enable them to consider the issues being discussed.
